A Brush With Kindness 2012:

Onida - August 18 and August 25, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

We will be doing caulking, painting, deck repair, tree trimming
and other home maintenance work.

Volunteers welcome.

Construction Schedule by Month

May 2010

Install floor beam, sill plate, rim joist, & floor joists

Install floor sheathing, set exterior & interior walls

Brace walls, wrap house

Mark roof truss locations, set & brace trusses

Sheath roof; move shingles to roof

Shingle house & garage

Install windows & doors; finish shingling

June 2010

Install siding; drywall garage

Work on siding; install garage door

Finish siding; insulate walls; install vapor barrier

Finish insulating walls; install soffits

Work on soffits; sheetrock ceilings

Finish soffits; sheetrock walls

Sheetrock walls; blow in insulation

July 2010

Sheetrock walls; blow in insulation

Finish Sheetrock

Paint interior

Install kitchen cabinets

Install interior doors

Finish door installation

Install base board and closet shelves

August 2010

Finish base boards and door trim

Install misc bathroom fixtures and appliances

Finish odds and ends

Clean up and home owner walk thru
